I reserve the right to refuse the use of my vehicle for your driving test if I believe you are not of a satisfactory standard.
I will not be held responsible for any lessons cancelled at short notice due to illness, mechanical issues, or adverse weather conditions.
I accept no responsibility for any personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.
If I do not receive confirmation from you after sending a reminder message prior to your lesson, I reserve the right not to attend the lesson.
I do not respond to calls, texts, Messenger, or WhatsApp messages after 9:00pm, unless previously agreed due to work commitments.
If you do not respond within 10 minutes of me sending a message, calling, or knocking at your door at the agreed lesson time, I will leave. The lesson fee will still be charged or deducted from your block booking.
Lessons will be refused if I believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The full lesson fee will still be payable.
You must inform me of any medication (including prescription drugs) that may affect your ability to drive.
If you cancel lessons on three occasions, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings, except in cases of pre-booked holidays or medical reasons.
All lessons must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a lesson. Failure to provide this notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Lessons cancelled on the day will be charged in full, unless exceptional circumstances apply at my discretion.
